1. Cabinet size
The basic condition is the space you have in the kitchen, the size of the cabinet under the sink and the position of the connections (water and drain).
2. Sink: left or right
Rule: stand in front of the sink if the bowl is on the left and the drainer is on the right - this sink is LEFT (LEFT-RIGHT; defined by the position of the bowl).
Example: if you have a cabinet in which you have installation connections in the wall - water and drain, 40 cm wide, you can choose from sinks that are made for a 40 cm cabinet. If you have a cabinet with these connections on the left side, then look for a left-hand sink or "Reversible" - this sink can be turned to both sides.
Think about which side or with which hand you usually open the tap and which side the stove will be on, where you will have space on the counter for food preparation, and thus help yourself to ergonomically arrange the kitchen.
3. Number of containers:
1 container - usually single sinks are installed in combination with a dishwasher and in kitchens where they are limited by the size of the cabinets for the sink.
1+1/2 container - the combination of one large and one small container allows the user practicality of washing and draining, also useful when washing fruits and vegetables in combination with additional dishwasher equipment.
2 containers - for kitchens with a lot of space and for customers who like a large area for the wet part of the kitchen
4. Material:
Rostfrai – stainless steel sheet
SINK SOLUTION sinks are made of the highest quality stainless steel AISI 304. The surface can be satin or polished.
GRANITE – COMPOSITE
Colors adaptable to kitchens, easy to clean, no scale accumulates on the surface, natural material durable and scratch-resistant. Even very tall taps will stand firmly.
Tempered glass
Natural material, easy to maintain and care for. Resistant to temperature, scratches and shocks. The shapes and colors of the sink can be adapted to the kitchen. It is possible to make a print on the glass as desired - the customer's idea in combination with wall glass cladding. Even very tall taps will stand firmly.
5. DEPTH of the sink
SINK SOLUTION sinks have different depths from 150 to 210 mm.
The greater depth prevents water from splashing, but at the same time it is unfriendly to children and shorter people because they do not reach the bottom of the sink bowl.
6. Size and radii of containers
Containers with large radii are easier for circular cleaning and wiping, but containers with small radii offer us a significantly larger volume and space for cleaning products that we cannot in containers with large radii (e.g. in the SINK SOLUTION container 500x400 R 12 we can easily wash oven rack).
7. Additional equipment
Liquid detergent dispenser
Very easy and friendly use – no need to search for a bottle of liquid detergent every time, easy filling (about once every two months). It can be mounted on almost any sink that has enough space.
Cutting boards
Glass - they can be used as a container lid, for cutting and draining, and as a base for hot containers in which to cook. They can be washed in the dishwasher.
Wooden - like glass, they are made according to the shape of sink containers. We use them for cutting and draining and as a base for hot dishes in which we cook. They should not be washed in the dishwasher.
Drain pans and baskets
Versatile - made according to the shape of sinks. For draining washed dishes, for washing fruit and vegetables, very useful for storing food in the fall.
8. Kitchen faucets
If you have a hot and cold water supply in the kitchen, you can install all SINK SOLUTION fittings. If you only have cold water in the kitchen, you must place a "boiler" water heater under the sink. We advise you to buy a high-pressure water heater, because even then you will not have any problems using the SINK SOLUTION faucet.
You can choose fittings according to shape, color and height. All SINK SOLUTION fittings have a 2-year warranty.
